Doug was just about 4 months old when he came into the shelter with a broken right rear leg. He was taken to Westlake Village Veterinary Hospital for his surgery. He came back for foster care as his leg healed. After several weeks of rest, Doug was taken back to the vet for physical therapy to build up his leg muscles. He is still receiving therapy.
